Filling: Boudin [pork, long grain rice [rice, thiamin (thiamin mononitrate), niacin, iron (ferric orthophosphate, folic acid (folate), soybean oil (refined soybean oil, THHQ, citric acid, dimethylpolysiloxane], water, pepper jack cheese [American Monterey jack and Swiss cheese (cultured milk, salk, enzymes) water, cream, jalapeno peppers, sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid, natural smoke flavoring, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking)}, green onions, seasoning blend [salt, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate, red pepper, black pepper, garlic, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking)]

Wrapper: (wheat flour, water, soybean oil, cornstarch, salt, all-purpose shortening [soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil], soy lecithin, egg, calcium propionate), soybean oil.

Cooking Instructions

Preferred Method – From Refrigerated: Thaw under refrigeration (<40 deg F) for 12-24 hours. Deep fry at 330 deg F for 7-9 minutes, until golden and hot throughout.

From Frozen (Alternative): Fry at 330 deg F for 8-10 minutes, until golden and hot throughout.

Air Fryer Method: Fry at 375 deg F for 12-14 minutes, until golden and hot throughout.

Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 deg F. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
