Ingredients
  • 1 lb Pork and Beef Trio Sausage
  • 10 oz Sharp grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup Bisquick baking mix

  • 1 lb Pork and Beef Trio Sausage
  • 10 oz Sharp grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup Bisquick baking mix

Instructions
  1. Mix Pork and Beef Trio Sausage, cheese, and Bisquick until smooth (mixture will be dry).
  2. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Pres/roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
  4. Then, bake at 400° F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
