MB Smokehouse originated nearly 30 years ago when the Market Basket Foods chain purchased a store in Southwest Louisiana. The store came equipped with a boudin kitchen and smokehouse. With the passion for quality and fresh meats, Market Basket knew their own sausage and boudin recipes would be a hit!
